Family Day - a Taster Day for all the family
Sunday 19th July from 10am to 1pm - £2 per adult/child.
The morning will consist of fun for all the family, taking part
in a selection of activities we run with Schools and the Holiday Play Scheme - feeding and routine stock tasks, followed by fun craft activities to have a go at. Bring your own picnic lunch. No need to book, just come along.
Taster Sessions - Farm activities and tea from 3-6pm; £10 per session. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Each day will include feeding the animals and any routine stock tasks that need doing.
There are always lots of jobs to be done.
There might even be some bottle-feeding to do!
Each week we'll have a different theme. There will be lots of crafts to choose from every day. There might be den building, fishing, pony-work, cooking, pond-dipping, small animal handling, tree climbing, film making or flower arranging. You choose!

Day Session 10.30 - 4.30 £24 paid in advance.
Breakfast Session 8.30 - 10.30 £3 per hour.
Teatime Session 4.30 - 6.00 £3 per hour.
All Sessions must be booked in advance
We cannot accept any children without correct registration details. (We now have a new registration form)

Please bring Clothes that don't matter and spare cloths if necessary - the children are likely to get messy! Wet weather clothing and named boots (if appropriate). Sun lotion and hats (if appropriate). Packed lunch (squash, biscuits and fruit will be on offer at break-time) - please don't bring chocolate. Left over vegetables and fruit for the animals. A smile.
We are a registered Daycare Facility, registered and inspected by Ofsted (0845 6404040). We have a full set of Policies, including a Complaints Procedure. Some of our Policies are available in the Parent Handbook which you should receive on the first occasion your children attend a Holiday Workshop. Please ask if you would like to see all our procedures. We work on a ratio of 1:8 adults to children and safety is always most important on the farm. We are heavily committed to NVQ Playwork training for all staff.
